Why cant i open my encrypted files ?

i cant open my encrypted files
i entered my pass for more than 5 times so my account got locked but after i
ve restored it i cant open my encrypted files
please please please help me on this
these are important files

Did "restore" involve resetting your password? If so, log in as
administrator and change the password of that account back to the
password that was in effect before your account got locked.
