Why Can't I Copy n Paste

Whenever I am online chatting with a HelpTech, the first thing they always
ask is what does the error message say? Sometimes it can take a long time to
click backnfourth between pages trying to get it all copied, and especially,
accurate. It would be so much more timely and efficient if one could simply
cutnpaste the error message. Any ideas why, in this age of techsplosion, such
an important matter remains in the manual relm? Just curious. Thanks, K.
 
Thanks Ayush. Except fot the reason, I am anxious to give that a try. I don't
think I would have ever thought of highlighting the entire error window. K.
