why can't i access my emails from my new laptop??

my email address is (e-mail address removed) and everytime I try to send myself
an email I get an error message saying their is not account?

Have you told Windows Mail on your new laptop how to find your
clear.net email account yet? That error message could indicate you
haven't, but we'll need to see the whole error message to be sure.
