Why are the lines missing when I am trying to make labels?

I've made labels many times before using Avery#5160. However, when I try to
open "labels" under envelopes and labels, the lines do not appear. The
document looks blank, as if it were a normal word processing document-The
grid displaying the labels is not there. What happened?

Are you using Microsoft Access (the subject of this newsgroup) or
Microsoft Word for these labels? I'm guessing Word - in which case,
please scroll down the list of subject areas and repost your question
in a Word newsgroup.
