Why are .sbd folders continually being created in 'My Documents'

I continue to delete these folders and they re-appear. I was told by HP that
it is a virus but I do not believe this to be the case for a number of
reasons. I believe this is a setting I need to change. Any help would be
appreciated on how to shut this off.

you a hint as to where to look to resolve the problem.

Are you running Storyboard or Superbase? How big are these files?
 
Richard, there is no text on that page. I tried a search of the site and
found nothing?
 
No to all. I am using Thunderbird but other than saving attachments from
Thunderbird I am not storing anything else.

I am not running Storyboard or Superbase and the files are very very small
to .jpg files with large byte sizes but it varies.
 
Check that, I found the page. Not sure why the link did not work but I got to
it. I see what you mean, I will give it a try.
