Why are replies TO me coming in a weird font?

All of a sudden, replies TO me are coming in in a weird font. I assume it's
substituting for some other font, but every reply is the same fancy script
font, and it's too small to read. I don't see info anywhere on how I can
change the font in replies TO my messages.
Help! Thanks, Lisa
 
Outlook version?

Is the sender using Outlook 2007 and you 2003 by any chance? If so may be
that they are using a font only available in Office 2007 such as Calibri.

You may wish to install the Office 2007 Compatibility Pack.
