Hi,

What is the form of WHQL certificate document?
Does it exist only as an Internet web page or
the Microsoft provides also written, paper document ?

Hi, with your product listed on the Windows Catalog you have all the
required evidence. It shows that your product is certified and your product
meets WHQL compatibility requirements for Windows. No paper document will be
provided.

Also, you receive a digital signature for your driver (.cat file).
