When I need to track changes etc. I normally set up a really basic login,
even just a combo to select their name, password maybe. You can then update a
table with any action performed and by whom for any action you want to track,
opening a form, changing a field, printing a report!
Ask your sysadmin: the information may be in the event log of the
workstation or print server.
