Who do I get Word doc to open in Works Ste 2005?

I have Works Suite 2005. When I click on Word Document in the Works
Launcher, Word opens only partially. Why isn't it opening all the way.
Can't even find a Microsoft contact for help with my brand new Suite 2005!
