My email won't send or receive messages? I have checked with my provider and
they can't find a problem on their side. Can you help me solve this problem?

Starting new threads every few minutes seldom gets you help any
faster, especially when they contain too little of a description of
what your problem is.

Comcast is trying to make users switch to a different port number, but has
been rather poor at telling their users about this. See if this helps:

That should help with your send problem, but we'll probably need
an error message related to your receive problem to offer much help
with it.
