I am trying to make a powerpoint slide, which will also
be copied onto a transparency, and the lettering needs to
be white with black outline. When I choose that option
(have tried WordArt too), and print it out on the
transparency, I get clear (transparent) lettering with
black outline. Is there a way to make white letters?

TIA
Kim

Hi Kim,

There are some inkjet printers that can print the color white and some
retro-fitable white ink cartridges for inkjet printers, but both of these
are very rare. Almost all printers rely on the paper's inherent whiteness
to print white areas on a page.

How will you be using this transparency? If you are going to use it on an
overhead type projector, than you do not want white colored areas, since
they will be projected as dark areas on the screen.
