while you were out message

I've discovered a rather handy "while you were out . . ." task/message. I
can't even remember where I found it (within applications) but it's part of
MS Outlook. I think it's a form (?) Anyway, I'd like to change the way it
looks. Can anyone help?
 
open the form, go to tools, forms, design the form. if you use word as the
email editor, you'll need to disable that in order to edit the form.
