Which way to broadcast data?

What are the ways to broadcast data instead of Socket broadcasting?
The reason is to have a server that will broadcast data. It's a glance.
What the other ways? COM+ with connection points mechanism, Pipes?
anything else?
Need smth simple.

Are there pros and cons for each of these methods?
