Which virus makes the firewall and antivirus shutdown ???

Hi,
I'm running WinXP and I think I've got a virus because I'm not
able to start neither the firewall nor the antivirus
software...they open just for a second and then close suddenly.
I need to know which virus could be in order to download the
removal tool.
I'm using Zonealarm firewall and Norton antivirus which had been
recently updated.
Could anyone help me please !
