Which software can I use to convert RM into MS WMV?

Hi all,

I have some video clips that are in RM format. But I like MS Media Player
better. Because I want to use speeding playback(e.g. 2x speed playback)...
But the free RealPlayer basic does not have this feature.

Please recommend a simple yet good software that can do batch conversions.
Hopefully not complicated softwares...

I haven't used RealMedia encoded files so you'll have to see if it can read
them. But, hey, it's free so you lose nothing to see if it works for you.
