When loading our notebook's 1st Quick Restore disk,
the COA number is required to progress.

Our COA tag contains four (4) separate sets of
alpha and/or numeric code combinatuions.

One is typed vertically (on the left hand end).
Three are listed horizontally -- of which
one is in the upper right hand corner,
one is listed as "Product Key" in the middle, and
one is in the lower left hand corner.

But which of these is the actual COA number?

Whichever one works! Usually you want the Product Key. Refer to your
laptop manual or the laptop mftr.'s website for further instructions as
to how to return your machine to factory condition. I must say that it
is unusual for a Restore Disk to require entering a Product Key. Are
you sure you're using the right Restore Disk for your laptop?

Thank you Malke. Product Key
does the trick.
