Which DVD Burner?

Plextor 708A.... 4X DVD-R 8X DVD+R 40X CD read/write. Automatically detects
if 4X media is capable of faster and will burn at faster speed if allowed.
Quiet. Not cheap (or inexpensive). Black available.

I'm planning on buying the Pioneer A07...but first I need to figure out
what the difference is between that one and the 107D model from
them...and the retail, OEM, and Pro versions available here in Australia.
