which component include the file "regeidt.exe"

I can't find the component "Registry Editor "
I use filter but still can't find it
where is it
I use xpe with sp1. In fact I need the file "regedit.exe"
 
It's right under Software : System : User Interface : Shells : Windows
Shell: Registry Editor - the visibility is 1000 so make sure that your
visibility is down that low.

It is "Registry Editor" component from "Software : System : User Interface :
Shells : Windows Shell".
The component visibility is 1000 so you should be able to see it with
default min visibility in TD.

There is something with my database
After repairing the database ,I can find it with the filter.
