which board and processor athlon64?

i am going to be putting a pc together for a friend and i am wondering which
board and processor to get?

it is going to be an athlon64 system.

main use of the pc is going to be ripping dvd, some gaming and internet use.

he has a budget of around £300.

he already has case, ram, graphics card and drives so its just board and
processor.
