Which application gets executed to reset your display settings ?

Hi,

I've instaled XPe onto my system and I want to be able to set some registry
settings for the display during startup... But in order for these changes
to go into effect, I also want to be able to reset the display so that it
picks up these new settings.. Question is which application/dll do I call in
windows, that will call the display to reset (Similar to changing your
resolution to say 800x600 in the Display Control Panel and then Click on
"Apply" which ultimately sets it to 800x600 resolution.. So I'm interested
in knowing what happens when you click "Apply" button).
