Now idea how on earth that is possible! The flight planner and everything should have alerted them it was the wrong place :eek:

Error "Pilot" Charts a come-back to Liverpool [John Lennon] airport! Police are told! to be on the lookout for any unfamiliar landings.....Within the UK:lol:
 
dont pilots have to radio in to a airport before they land?
How can a mistake like this possibly happen with all the technology planes and airports have today?
