In 2003, there's a line at the bottom of each email, appointment, task and
appointment that allows you to link a contact to that item. I used this often
to connect spouses in contacts, have an address handy for appointments and
know who to call/email regarding some task.

In 2007, I can't find this feature to save my life! Please help.

In Outlook 2007, the Contacts box for linking items to contacts does not appear by default. You will need to turn it on -- Tools | Options | Contact Options | Show Contact Activity Information on All Forms.

Not in Outlook 2007 for emails. I want to send an email to two people, but
link it to 10 other people (Contacts) as reference without them getting the
email itself.

How can I do that?
