Where's my InfoBar?

Hey y'all,

Earlier today I could see attachments in the Infobar (if that is the name
for the bar just above the preview pane and below the list of e-mails in my
Inbox).

All of a sudden that bar is gone and I cannot any attachments although I
could see them earlier today.

How do I return it to the way that it was?

Sounds like you are asking about the header bar at the top of the
preview pane. Right-click just under the separator line between the
message header list pane and the preview pane so you see the option to
show the header info for the preview pane.
