Where's me new HD?

Just fitted an second HD to my PC.
Device Manager says Yep..it's all there working well.....but
when I go to My Computer.....What HD?
So where the hell is it, and how can I access it.

ps My bro, Pikakilla, actually fitted it, so if he's messed up, is he in trouble ;) .
 
You will need to create a partition for the disk using "diskmgmt.msc" from the run command.

You'll need to give the help file a quick read just to make sure that you create one correctly :)

Be careful not to delete anything from your current hard drive!

Sorted. Thanks Ian.
I had to change my new HD from a Dynamic HD to a Basic HD, which threw me for a while, before I could partion it.
I now have a big 250 gig to fill up.

psd99, I'll try my best, but I'm new to all this computer tomfoolery.

And Pikakilla, you're a big boy now.....GET YOUR OWN!
