Where to locate the new window installer for XP?

When I install Dreamweaver, it requests for a new version of window installer.
Could anyone tell me where to locate the new installer for XP?

Also if you use/goto the Windows Update site it will automatically
check for the most recent update of Windows Installer.

Other option is to search for a file named MSI.DLL, the version should be:
3.1.4000.2435
