Where to get Windows Vista?

For the average guy in the street a subscription of over $1000 per annum is
a lot to pay just to get your hands on a 'beta' copy of Vista which will,
undoubtedly, expire within 180 days or so.
As for knowing someone who is an msdn member we are not allowed to lend
copies of msdn software to other people. The only exception would be
colleagues who are part of the same software development team and working in
the same building.

I have seen that Technet Plus subscribers will get a copy of it. Does anyone
know if this is true or when it will happen?

Technet Plus subscribers do get evaluation software so i presume they would
get a time limited copy. When they get it is another matter.

I asked an online rep and was told that it will be in the September mailing.
