where to find Windows Installer 3.0 SDK ??

I'm an MSDN universal subscriber, but can someone give me a hint as to where
I may find the Windows Installer 3.0 SDK (specifically looking for
ORCA.MSI).

I know that it's part of the Platform SDK.

Don't know if its available standalone anywhere else.
 
Thanks, got it from the Platform SDK. Unfortunately ORCA didn't help my
needs but I've discovered an alternate approach to "allow interaction with
desktop" when installing a Windows Service.
