where to find this driver?

Hi all:

I have a Toshiba Laptop "Satellite 2435-S255", OS is
winXP. To some reasons, I re-installed the OS with winXP
installation-CD.

After installation, it can not find all the drivers, one
of them is "SM Bus Controller".

Who could tell me where I can find this driver? Thanks!
