where to download rc2

I couldn't find it in msdn downloads. And the vista home page doesnt mention
it.

I've reade about it in pc magazine and pc world, and other posts in this
forum mention people's experience with it.

It certainly is in the MSDN subscriber download area, as of 45 seconds ago.
You didn't look very hard.
