Where to download Games?

Where do I download games,.,., and anything really... I am new to the whole Usenet experience and I just want to know where to do all of the great things that I have heard from other Usenet users....

You can download game demos from the MS site. Go to the publisher's sites
eg EA. What great things have you heard.... that the streets are paved with
gold and that everything is free...
