I'm having a script error problem with my McAfee an their
techs said I needed to dowload a hotfix patch from
Microsoft to fix it. Where do I go to obtain it?

(It's Hotfix for article Q812400)

Thanks!
Karen

You'll have to contact Microsoft support in order to
obtain the hotfix:

Hi Karen

That Hotfix number draws a blank. There is an article for KB812400:

"Scheduled Tasks May Not Run and Generate an Exit Code of 80"
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;812400

Thanks for the (super quick) responses!. The number is
correct as far as what they told me. The script error
states" the data area passed to a system call is too
small."

You need the hot-fix update for article Q812400 and
upcoming article Q812960.

I'll try the link provided by the response above.

Thanks!
Karen

Hmmm... I went to that link and the error doesn't seem to
be the same one I'm trying to fix...
