Where is User Name Autocompletion text saved?

When I type my first name I see the original names that were used to register
Office. The Owner text was corrected, and I cannot find the original string
in Word or in the registry. Where would this text be stored so that I can
correct it?

Thanks

What version of Word?

This did not change the auto-population string. I had previously found the
text at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Word\Options

the ReplyMessageComment value contained the string, but I corrected it
there, but it did not seem to have any effect. A full registry search did
not turn up any other instances.

Any other locations?

Hi Chris,

In Insert=>Autotext check the entry under 'Signature'
for the listing that was in Tools=>Options=>User Info
You can delete it through Insert=>Autotext=>Autotext

Also check to see what name is in the Author field of
File=>Properties
