Inspiron 530-WinXP Pro
All of a sudden when I turn the machine on I have started getting a
Dell box asking where DSC20.msi is.
What is this file and where is it?

Which tells you it is a component of the Dell Support Center.

Never used it?

Go into the control panel, add or remove programs and remove all the Dell
stuff you see - the support center in particular.
