Where is the ticker UI control in WPF?!

There's a control, sometimes frequently
used, that consists of two arrows (up
and down) to the right of a number
field. It's used for picking a number
from a preset set of available values.

It works just like ComboBox with the
difference that it's not folded out
but changeable one step at a time.

Where is this stupid thing in WPF?!
Either i'm slow (which has been
previously suggested, hehe, or it's a
huge blunder by MS)...

Here are all the controls that _I_'ve
located. It's simply not there...

Hmm, the existence of a number of WPF samples that implement a the
NumericUpDown control (I guess that is the one you were after) seems to
confirm your theory. Maybe the sample custom control is useful to you though?

(Note that I have not tried out the sample myself)
