- Where is the problem reporting support form?

From Hotmail Help :
"If you can't find what you need using our Help system, you can submit a
question using our support form and we'll respond to you within 24 hours."

That's fine and dandy, but I've been looking for this form for 15 minutes
and gave up trying.

Anyone know where the heck it is?
