There is no file until you save it. The attachment is a specially coded
section within the body of your e-mail. There is no file out there
floating around waiting for you to grab it. Attachments are plain-text
sections WITHIN your e-mail message. You need to save the attachment to
get your e-mail client to extract the portion of the body of your e-mail
that describes the attachment. When you save it, you'll know the path
to it.
