where is the NEWS

I tried looking for the "NEWS" to go to newsgroups but it is not there. I
went to look for it in configure but it is nowhere to be found. I do not
have outlook express as the default newsreader so where is it, how can I
re-install it, and how can I get it back on Outlook?

What version of Outlook?

You can add it to the toolbar using Tools, Customize or just make a shortcut
to OE using the newsonly switch.
