Where is the icons folder ?

Hi ... Windows by default has icons and I am trying to find its
location , The ones I am referring to are the ones that whenever you
right click on a icon and select properties in some case you have the
option to change icon , Where are they located ? Also I am curious if
you could add other icons to this same folder ? Thanks
 
Browse through these DLLs in the Icon picker dialog:
- Shell32.dll
- Moricons.dll
- Shimgvw.dll
- and others...

Did you improve it ?

Yes, XPUser. I redesigned the layout using my very limited CSS knowledged
and from the tips I collected in the Web. Did not accomplish what I wanted
exactly, but I'll settle with this design, for some time.
