P Peter T. Daniels Jun 25, 2009 #3 Maybe she misses the Format menu (as do we all). The old keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl-D etc.) still work; and the tiny arrows in the lower right corners of the Ribbon groups in the Home tab call them up, too.
