Where is the dictinory

I got the Microsoft Outlook 2003, And the reason I got it because there was a
saction that you can check any words, if you don't know the meanings with the
dictinory feature.
I couldn't see that feature in this software.
Am I missing someting or the software is without that feature?

It requires Office for spellchecking. If you don't have Office, spellcheck
is useless as no dictionary is installed for spellchecking.

open a mail message,
tools menu, research,in the research pane type the word
you want to look up, you may also select the reference
book to use.
