Where is Resize Pictures?

Wish to change size of some pics...used to right click and resize
pictures...that facility not there now..how do I add again?

Install it again. If it still doesn't work, uninstall it, restart, then install it again.

Open the Run box and enter, one at a time:

regsvr32 /u shimgvw.dll
regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll


If still nothing, install it again. If it still doesn't work, uninstall it, restart, then install it again.
