where is my send button

Someone please help...before I throw this laptop off the balcony..
I have used outlook forever and just updated to 2003 and seem to have lost my send button. It is not there. I hit reply, and write a message, and a bar even tells me it will be sent with my imap account, which is correct, but there is no send button. Nor can I use the menu to select send. all it seems to let me do is save the email. Am I crazy
Also, I have one message in my outbox (I used to have send button) but it never sends it. Is the program crazy

Oh yes - this happened to me too - thought I was loosing
my mind.

For some reason if you don't have any "accounts" setup it
will not show the send button. Click on Tools, E-mail
accounts.

If you have accounts setup then click on "view", toolbars
and make sure "standard" is selected.

P.S.: If the message from your outbox is not going on
try dragging it into your Inbox then make sure your e-
mail accounts are setup and click on the test account
settings in the account setup to see if it works. Then
compose a new message to yourself and hit send.

can you use the keyboard to send? (Alt+S?)

Try resetting the toolbar - tools, customize.
