Where is location of outlook 2003 start up wizard?

I want to swtich from Outlook to Gmail over Https and I'm bumbling through
and got stuck on the first page.

If I could find the start up wizard I could make progress?

Switch form Outlook to Gmail?
You can add a Gmail account as POP3 to Outlook following the instructions
provided by Gmail.
