Where is Knowlegde Base 193701 ??????????

Hey Microsoft,

Where did you put knowledge base # 193701 ????? I get a blank screen with
'done' in the left corner when I try to do a Windows Update. I need that
knowledge base NOW!! Thank you.

You apparently think you're addressing Microsoft here, but you're mistaken.
This is the microsoft.public.windowsxp newsgroup, a peer-to-peer newsgroup
where we, as Windows XP users, help each other when we can.

Microsoft has no official presence here, although you very occasionally see
a Microsoft employee here, posting unofficially on his own time. The rest of
us are just Windows XP users; that's true even for those of us with the
title "Microsoft MVP." We are not Microsoft employees, but just people who
have been recognized by Microsoft for consistently posting accurate
information.

Do you think it's possible that there's a good reason why that

A trick that will work is to search with Google for KB193701 and view
the Cashed page.
However, as you seem to be yelling at a Windows XP newsgroup you
should take care with the Resolution, as this KB applies to Microsoft
Windows Update, when used with Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 7
