Where is Insert Line Breaks option when saving as .txt?

I need to be able to save file as text but with the cr/lf characters
included. There used to be an option called "Insert Line Breaks" that
appeared when you chose save as .txt.
 
What version of Word are you using? This option is still present in Word
2003.

Word 2007 also. You can also download the old text with layout converter

The part that's deceptive is that you have to choose the .txt format and
click Save, and *then* you are presented with the dialog that allows you to
select these options. That requires a level of blind faith that many users
don't have (and I consider it unintuitive).
