Where is CDO.DLL?

CDO 1.2 has two libraries: cdo.dll and cdohtml.dll, but I can't find them.
In win.ini file there is "OLEMessaging=1".
I installed windows 2000 on my computer.
Who can tell me what should I do to install cdo.dll and cdohtml.dll?

To install cdo.dll, install Office or Outlook using a custom installation
and under Outlook components, select Collaboration Data Objects.
