where in registry can i change internet options: general & connection

hi there, would appreciate advice and pointer. where can i find in the
window xp registry so that i can change my home page shown in the general
tab, and lan settings in connection tab both of which has been excluded from
the internet options panel. thank you for all your advice and pointers.
