Go to...Start / All Programs and see if you
can find the program you are looking for.
You can change your image associations...
Try this...open an image folder and right click one
of your image files...from the menu, select...Open
With / Choose Program.
Make your choice from the list or Browse to the
correct program if it is not in the list. Once you
make your selection...be sure to check the box
that says: "Always use the selected program to
open this kind of file". (you will need to do this
for each format....jpg, .tif, .gif...etc.)

its pretty decent but ive got a big frustrating problem with my photos. the
first time i opened a photo i was prompted to choose a program to open it
in, and now i cant seem to find that program again. i think it was microsoft
picture it, but im really starting to doubt myself now since i cant find it
anywhere. am i crazy or has xp moved yet another thing on me ?
