Where go to get answer

If I cannot get an answer to a question here, what would
be the next move to get an answer? Where should I turn?

Back :-)

Seriously though, given the range of people and expertise out there in the group
(and I certainly don't just mean MVPs), it would have to be a hell of a problem
not to be able to find someone that could give you advice on it. Not impossible
though, so if that should prove to be the case, then there are a myriad of other
support forums that you could also try, as well as phoning Microsoft direct,
though there is likely to be a charge for the latter. What was the problem -
Give it another go in this thread - Can't hurt!!

A paid Excel consultant? What is the question to which you have found no
answer here? It may be that there is no answer!

Using terminal server to connect to company server. While
on remote computer, I am able to print to local machine in
MS Paint, MS Word, MS Access, but NOT able to print in MS
Excel. Any suggestions relative to Excel setup or other
thoughts to allow printing on local printer while
connected to server using MS Terminal Server? Definitely
using the correct printer. Also have gone through a
Detect and Repair on the terminal server for Excel. Help?

Appreciate the thought. Any other more worldly ideas?

Did a quick search on Google that revealed there are a number of people that
have had this problem, though I didn't find much in the way of answers on the
posts I looked at. If you wanted to search further then try here:-

http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search?hl=en

and where it says "Return only messages from the newsgroup" put *Excel* in
there.

Also tried the Microsoft Knowledge base and came up with a few articles that
involved Excel and Terminal Server and printing problems, but you would have to
trawl them to see if they apply:-

Microsoft Support page is found at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?LN=EN-GB (UK pages anyway)
Microsoft KB is found at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-gb;kbhowto

Some of the articles I found:-

XL2000: You Can See Other Users' Printers in a Terminal Server Session
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;297883&Product=xlw

XL2000: You Can See Other Users' Printers in a Terminal Server Session
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;313683&Product=xlw

HOWTO: Configure Office Applications to Run Under the Interactive User Account
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;288366&Product=xlw

Other resources you could try would include forums such as www.tek-tips.com and
www.excelforum.com and http://www.mrexcel.com/

If all else fails and you are either entitled to trechnical support, or are
prepared to pay for technical support, then for a complete list of Microsoft
Product Support Services phone numbers and information about support costs,
visit the following Microsoft Web site:
