I want to switch from Eudora to Outlook 2003 because my Contact
Manager (ACT!) doesn't integrate well with Eudora. Unfortunately,
Outlook has problems handling conversion between Plain Text and HTML,
especially when receiving replies and forwarded mail.
I've checked 4 months of this newsgroup and neither my posts (see 11/2
and 11/3) nor any others that address this issue have been answered.
Microsoft acknowledged the problem in Outlook 2000 over a year ago.
It still exists in Outlook 2003. Maybe no one here knows how to fix
it. Maybe some know it can't be fixed and don't want to admit it.
Either way, I can't seem to find an answer here.
Ok, end of rant. Can anyone suggest another source I can access for
more information on the issue? I've already exhausted the resources
at Microsoft and Slipstick. Thanks in advance.
